The Missouri Democratic Party unanimously endorsed the following position on each question appearing on this November's ballot:
NO on Amendment 3
Attacks reproductive rights by reversing what Missourians just voted for in 2024. A "yes" vote would add intense regulations, limit exceptions, and give politicians additional power to regulate reproductive healthcare decisions in the Missouri Constitution.
YES on Amendment 6
Expands and preserves the initiative and referendum process into a fundamental right for Missouri citizens and adds protections to keep politicians from putting issues back on the ballot that citizens have already voted into law.
NO on Amendment 7
Creates a permanent public endowment fund managed by the state without clear tools for voter oversight or guardrails, further concentrating financial power in the hand of state politicians.
NO on Amendment 8
If this passed, Amendment 8 would elevate the already-elected sheriff of every county to a position akin to chief law enforcement officer and make it extremely difficult for voters to remove a bad sheriff.
NO on PROPOSITION A
A "NO" vote on Proposition A would prevent the gerrymandered HB1 map from taking effect, weakening local control and representation in pursuit of purely partisan outcomes.
